you submit to us is securely encrypted using industry standard SSL
(Secure Socket Layer) technology. This process makes it extremely
difficult for anyone else to access or decode the information. The
information you provide us will remain confidential and will only
be used for shipping and billing purposes.
You can tell when you’re in a secure environment
by the following signs:
The URL to the left of the colon changes from "http" to
"https" to symbolize that this site is using SSL technology
and all SSL capable browsers display a symbol (usually a complete
Key or Closed Lock) when operating in a secure environment. For
additional security, we process your payment and order information
on machines that are not on the Internet. After your transaction
is complete we safely discard your credit card details.

Payment Methods - Payment
before despatch is required.
It is common to use credit cards for purchasing
product off the web.
We accept American Express, Bankcard (Australia),
Diners Club, MasterCard and Visa.
Your credit card will be billed in Australian Dollars
and your statement will list the purchase as Australian Geographic
Pty Limited.

Returns/Our Money-Back
Guarantee!
If you change your mind, we will happily refund
or exchange the goods you purchased online, minus transportation
costs, within 14-days of when the goods are delivered.
Goods must be returned in original condition and
packaging, together with proof of purchase. Underwear and sleeping
bags are expressly excluded from this policy due to health regulations.
If the merchandise is faulty, unfit for the purpose for which it
was advertised or designated, or does not match the description
or sample, Australian Geographic will offer you an exchange for
an identical item or a refund if the article is not available, or
an option to exchange for another item and an adjustment in purchase
price, either up or down, depending on the circumstances.

Delivery
The charges detailed below are the minimum fees
you will pay for delivery. If the delivery charges turn out to be
less than the maximum specified, your total will be adjusted accordingly
and a new receipt sent with your order.
Please note, we will never charge you more for delivery
than the amount specified below.

- LOCAL SURFACE $7.95
- EXPRESS AUSTRALIA $17.95
Internationally
(these prices exclude telescopes and didgeridoos, for which we will
email you the cost on receipt of your order)
- OVERSEAS SURFACE MAIL $25.00 (excluding New Zealand and Asia/Pacific
- they need to go airmail).
Please allow a minimum of 2 months and some countries at least
3 months.
- OVERSEAS AIR MAIL prices are worked out on a base charge of
$5 per parcel and then a per kg rate depending on the zone it
is going to.

We are required by law to collect applicable tax
(GST) on all shipments within Australia.
